Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the win27 platform, including all features, services, and content available at win27.bio. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and win27 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or browsing as a guest.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on win27, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and transactions initiated. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must immediately notify win27 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach.
• win27 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit. You are responsible for securing the device you use to access the platform.
• win27 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time. You must cooperate fully and promptly with these checks.

win27 may close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Prior to closure, we will attempt to contact the registered email address. Balances on inactive accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with the schedule published on the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on win27 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are published on the platform.
• win27 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. win27 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any required verification.
• win27 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking intermediaries, or network outages outside its direct control.
• Deposits made by Visa or Mastercard may be subject to processing fees as disclosed at the time of transaction. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally fee-free on the win27 side.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

win27 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. win27 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring, selling, or assigning bonus entitlements to another party is strictly prohibited.

• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

Gold Points may be redeemed for bonus credits, cashback, or other rewards in accordance with the Golden Bank terms published on the platform. Loyalty programme terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

win27 offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, and crash titles. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. win27 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where permitted by applicable in-play rules.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the respective studio's certified systems. win27 does not control, alter, or influence the outcome of any game operated by a third-party provider.
• Slot outcomes are governed by certified RNG systems. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is published in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game session, win27 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Game session logs are retained and may be used to adjudicate any disputed outcome.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

win27 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability, for which win27 accepts no liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the win27 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of win27 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of win27.

10. Amendments to These Terms

win27 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered users via their registered email address or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of win27 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

11. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
